$80,000 - $95,000 (Negotiable based on experience) About the Company Our client is a rapidly growing global leader in the automotive and energy storage materials manufacturing industry. The company's headquarters is located in South Korea. As a key player in the booming EV sector, they are expanding their U.S. presence and seeking a strategic HR leader to drive their workforce growth. ㄲThe Role We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can bridge global standards with local U.S. operations. This role is critical for a fast-scaling manufacturing environment, ensuring that HR strategies, compliance, and talent acquisition are aligned with the company's long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Management:

Develop and execute workforce planning and mid- to long-term HR strategies tailored for the manufacturing sector.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage collaborations with external recruiting platforms, headhunting firms, and staffing agencies to build a high-performing team.

Compliance & External Relations:

Oversee ESG audits, DOL inquiries, and ensure full compliance with U.S. labor laws.

System Optimization:

Plan and oversee HR systems including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and compensation structures.

Global Liaison:

Coordinate seamless HR communication between the U.S. subsidiary and the Global HQ in Korea.

Immigration & Visa Management:

Lead visa strategies (issuances, renewals, and compliance) for U.S. hires and expatriates in collaboration with legal counsel.

Operational Efficiency:

Enhance payroll efficiency via ADP and conduct labor cost analysis for effective manpower management.

Qualifications Experience:

7+ years of professional experience in HR or related fields.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, HR, or Industrial Engineering preferred).

Skills:

Strong cross-cultural communication, a positive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Certifications:

PHR/SPHR

certification is a strong plus.
