Position Type :
Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Overview Senior HR leader for a 24/7 manufacturing operation with primary accountability for HR team leadership. Leads the HR function through clear role definition, delegation, and execution discipline while ensuring compliance with HQ policies and alignment with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the HR team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and division of labor across HR functions Set priorities, assign work, and monitor execution to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery Own site-wide HR operations through effective delegation and oversight Ensure implementation and enforcement of Korea HQ HR policies, procedures, and standards Provide guidance and final decision-making on employee relations cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions Oversee recruitment operations and staffing vendors Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance activities are executed by the HR team and maintained audit-ready Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications through coordinated team execution Perform other related duties as assigned by the Company, consistent with the scope, level, and responsibilities of the position, and as reasonably required to support business operations Required Qualifications 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with direct people management responsibility Proven ability to lead HR teams through delegation, structure, and accountability Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and labor law compliance Demonstrated experience implementing HQ-driven policies in a plant or manufacturing environment Advanced proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, ATS, time & attendance) Strong leadership presence and decision-making capability in fast-paced operations Clear, direct communication skills for working with senior leadership and Korea HQ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Additional Legal Notice This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
