Job Description

SUMMARY The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and executing all day-to-day human resources functions across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role serves as the primary HR partner for plant leadership and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies, compliance with employment laws, and a positive, productive work environment. This is a highly visible, hands-on position that requires regular on-site presence at all locations, with a structured and consistent travel schedule to support business needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Scope HR Leadership Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, discipline, and termination Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership across all assigned sites Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Recruitment & Staffing Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection Partner with plant leadership to forecast workforce needs and support staffing plans Develop strategies to attract and retain talent in a competitive manufacturing environment Employee Relations & Performance Management Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and resolve workplace issues professionally and consistently Coach managers on performance management, discipline, and documentation Support progressive discipline processes, up to and including termination Foster a positive, engaged, and compliant workplace environment Training & Development Coordinate and deliver employee onboarding, safety training, and ongoing development programs Support supervisors with training initiatives and employee skill development Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (including multi-state requirements) Manage workers' compensation claims, reporting, and return-to-work programs Support OSHA compliance, safety initiatives, and reporting requirements Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Reporting & HR Analytics Maintain HR metrics, reporting, and workforce data (turnover, headcount, etc.) Analyze trends and provide recommendations to leadership to improve performance, retention, and engagement Compensation, Benefits & Administration Support compensation reviews, wage alignment, and market analysis Support corporate benefit team Ensure accurate processing of HR transactions and coordination with payroll Operational & Site Support Maintain a regular travel schedule to each site to ensure consistent HR presence Partner closely with plant leadership to support daily operations Drive consistency in HR practices across all locations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments Must be fluent in Spanish required Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices Demonstrated experience handling employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions Experience supporting multi-site and/or multi-state operations strongly preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Regular consistent travel amongst various sites.

Pay:
$70,365.82 - $84,741.63 per year
