  • Alpharetta, GA The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance, coaching, and support to drive business performance and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide HR solutions that align with business goals Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement Offer guidance and support on a variety of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders Contribute to the design and execution of talent management initiatives, such as performance evaluations, onboarding, benefits administration, and terminations Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives Handle HR operations and administration in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Fluency in both English and Spanish If you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving business success and a commitment to employee engagement, we would like to hear from you.
