Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Impact Lead HR strategy for a larger, more complex facility or multi-site region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and long-term workforce planning needs. Partner with executive, regional, and facility leadership to drive organizational change initiatives that enhance associate engagement, strengthen culture, and improve retention across a broader operational footprint. Serve as a senior advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development strategies. Employee Relations & Engagement Provide advanced employee relations guidance, including oversight of complex or high‑risk matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and compliance with all applicable laws. Lead the execution and analysis of engagement surveys and action plans for a larger associate population. Champion a positive employer-employee relationship by modeling and promoting high levels of associate morale, motivation, and trust. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee HR operations for a larger facility or region, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of HR processes. Ensure reporting tools and workflows are optimized to support operational needs, reduce administrative burden, and improve data accuracy. Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of HR metrics and strategic reports for senior leadership. Talent Acquisition & Development Oversee full-cycle recruitment for key roles and ensure talent pipelines meet the needs of a larger or more complex operation. Guide the development and implementation of training programs, leadership development initiatives, and performance management processes. Partner with corporate HR to shape and deploy enterprise-wide HR programs, policies, and best practices. Team Leadership & Development Directly supervise at least one HR team member, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to build a high-performing HR team. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure team members have the tools and resources needed to succeed. Use independent judgment to assign work, manage priorities, and ensure HR support meets operational requirements. Budget & Resource Management Prepare, manage, and monitor the HR budget for a larger facility or region, ensuring responsible stewardship of company resources. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance service delivery.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
An individual qualified for this job must be able to: Lead, develop, and mentor HR team members at multiple levels. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and experience partnering with corporate employment law counsel. Build strong relationships with senior executives and influence decision-making at higher organizational levels. Manage complex projects, competing priorities, and high-volume workloads with minimal supervision. Communicate effectively and respectfully with associates at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Interpret and present HR data, metrics, and trends to leadership. Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Maintain high attention to detail and commitment to quality. Use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality at all times. Work safely and promote a safe work environment.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS
An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications: Four-year degree in Human Resources, Business, Human Development, or other related field required. A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions required, preferably in a multi-site or large-scale environment. A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience required. Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Access, Word, and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) required. Specialized training in employment law, compensation, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred. Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
The environmental conditions described here are representative of those the associate encounters while performing the Essential Functions of the job. The individual will work in an office setting in the same room as other individuals. Noise levels are average for an office and include conversation and/or office equipment noise. While conducting training and interacting with associates and managers at the company's manufacturing and distribution facilities, the individual may be exposed to hazardous physical or chemical conditions, including mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gasses, poor ventilation, extreme temperatures, and intense noise. Travel to the company's manufacturing and distribution facilities is periodically required.
