Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Chinese-English) Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive strategic HR initiatives across our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of human capital management, and the ability to navigate complex change management processes. As a key partner to leadership, you will help shape our HR strategies to foster a high-performance culture that aligns with our business goals. Duties Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates using HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro. Lead organizational design efforts and support change management initiatives to optimize workforce structure and improve operational efficiency. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor laws including FMLA regulations. Oversee performance management processes, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to promote continuous improvement. Facilitate training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills, leadership capabilities, and succession planning efforts across teams. Administer benefits programs and conduct benefits orientation sessions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Utilize data analysis skills for HR data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to support strategic planning and decision-making. Skills Proven expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, and human resources management practices. Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Paylocity, PeopleSoft or Ceridian for efficient HR operations. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in change management, organization design, and project management within HR functions. Skilled in conflict management, employee relations, negotiation techniques, and employment law compliance including FMLA regulations. Experience with performance management systems like employee evaluation tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and data analysis for HR metrics tracking. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
