Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Understand business strategy and operational models, develop and implement HR solutions aligned with logistics and warehouse operations. Partner closely with business leaders to support warehouse management, dispatch, and delivery operations. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruitment and workforce allocation for key roles (e.g., warehouse supervisors, dispatchers, operations support). Conduct workforce analysis and planning to ensure timely and accurate staffing. Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee relations issues, handle conflicts, complaints, and investigations. Ensure compliance with U.S./Canadian labor laws, EEO, workplace safety, and related regulations. Training & Development Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership, compliance awareness, and operational efficiency. Support performance management processes and drive talent development initiatives. Organizational Development & Culture Drive company culture initiatives within warehouse and field operations to improve employee engagement and retention. Organize team-building, employee engagement, and internal communication programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of U.S./Canadian labor laws and compliance practices. Fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Legal authorization to work in the U.S./Canada.
