•Key Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to execute talent strategies for current and future organizational needs. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes. Analyze and recommend competitive compensation and benefit plans. Administer employer-sponsored benefits, workers' compensation, and wellbeing programs. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure data integrity. Process payroll using established systems and practices. Develop and implement internal learning and development programs. Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations. Ensure safety program compliance and adherence to employment laws and best practices.
