• Full-time Sen Plex Corporation is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join the team!

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be involved in recruiting, benefit administration, and employee engagement. We are looking for a highly motivated professional who has a firm understanding of Human Resources practices, a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Implement effective recruiting strategies using social media, direct advertising, job boards, career fairs, colleges/universities, etc. Work with hiring managers to create job postings that accurately identifies needs, as well as, desirable skills and attributes Identify, interview and recommend candidates for open positions Benefit administration responsibilities include effectively communicate benefits, ensure accurate and timely enrollment, approve monthly invoices, participate in annual open enrollment benefit fair Proper administration, documentation and reporting of FMLA, Workers Comp, and TDI benefits Advise and assist employees with Human Resources related questions, interpreting and explaining policies and procedures uniformly and fairly Participate in activities that promote company culture and core values Perform a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services Ensure confidentiality of personal information, protecting against any exposure or risk Qualifications we look for: Bachelor's Degree 3-5 years of Human Resources experience Demonstrated knowledge of recruiting techniques and methodologies Working knowledge of Human Resources compliance and employment law Demonstrated knowledge of employee benefit offerings and administration Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and networking skills Commitment to establishing and maintaining positive working relationships Ability to work independently on a broad variety of assignments Must reside on Oahu and be eligible to work in the United States Sen Plex Corporation and its subsidiaries, Oahu Plumbing & Sheet Metal, Ltd, Oahu Air Conditioning Company and Oahu Air Conditioning Service, Inc. are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers.
