The Role
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, colleague on-boarding, recognition, benefits, leadership development and training. This position will report to the Human Resources Director. This person must have the ability to run an efficient office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications
Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
2 or more years of Human Resources Management (in a Hotel/Resort) preferred
Experience in HRIS and Payroll Dimensions/Kronos preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Bilingual English-Spanish Required
