Job Description

Director of Human Resources Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center isn't just another casino - it's a bold reimagination of regional gaming, designed for the next twenty years. Blending gaming, hospitality, dining, live entertainment, arts, culture, and a STEM innovation lab, every experience is built around one idea: discovery. The Director of Human Resources is a highly visible, strategic leader who will define and elevate the employee experience across a dynamic, 24/7 entertainment environment. This is more than a traditional HR role; it is an opportunity to build, influence, and transform culture at scale.
Responsibilities Include:
Culture Transformation & Organizational Leadership:
Lead long-term culture initiatives, partnering with leadership to strengthen values, trust, communication, and employee engagement across the organization
Talent Management & Workforce Development:
Build strong talent pipelines and drive succession planning, leadership development, and training programs to enhance performance and service excellence
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace through proactive employee relations, engagement strategies, and recognition programs
HR Operations & Compliance:
Oversee HR operations while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, labor laws, and international policies in a highly regulated environment
Strategic Planning & Business Partnerships:
Partner with leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals, using data-driven insights to improve performance and workforce effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, organizational development, or related field; master's degree preferred 7+ years of director level HR leadership experience in the casino, hospitality, entertainment, or 24/7 service environments HR Certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred Proven experience driving culture transformation, change management, and organizational development initiatives
Work Environment:
