QUALIFICATIONS
A. Illinois Professional Educators License required. a. Valid Illinois Administrative Endorsement B. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a building principal. C. Must have use of a personal vehicle and possess a valid IL driver's license to travel between facilities. D. Strong leadership and planning ability; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to develop effective interpersonal relationships; strong organizational skills; ability to take initiative. E. Health examination for new employees part-time or full time: a. Chapter 122 Article 34-5 of the Illinois School Code mandates that School Boards shall require of new employees evidence of physical fitness to perform duties assigned and freedom from communicable disease, including tuberculosis. Such evidence shall consist of a physical examination and a tuberculin skin test and, if appropriate, an x-ray. The cost of such examination shall rest with the employee. F.
