JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, providing expertise on talent acquisition, development, retention, and workforce planning. This role bridges the gap between Talent strategy and business objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and culture. This role partners with senior leaders to develop and implement programs that attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent while fostering a culture that supports organizational growth and innovation.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Strategic Talent Alignment:
o Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. o Analyze and interpret workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. o Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and team performance. 2.
Talent and Workforce Planning:
o Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and develop long-term strategies for headcount, skills, and capabilities. o Work closely with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to create effective recruitment strategies. 3.
Performance Management:
o Lead efforts to support performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives o Partner with business leaders on pay for performance management best practice, including setting expectations, providing regular feedback, and managing underperformance. 4.
Talent Development and Retention:
o Collaborate with learning and development teams to assess skill gaps and build career development plans. o Advise managers on performance management practices, career development plan, and succession planning. o Promote employee engagement through feedback initiatives, survey data, and action planning. 5.
Talent Operations and Employee Relations:
o Provide guidance on Talent policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution. o Partner with leaders to manage performance improvement plans, promotions, and organizational changes. o Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. o Collaborate with Talent teams to manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. 6.
Talent Metrics & Analytics:
o Monitor key workforce metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and development program effectiveness o Utilize data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and strategies. o Regularly review talent metrics with leadership to identify trends and develop action plans. 7.
Change Management:
o Act as a change agent, guiding teams through organizational transitions and cultural shifts. o Partner with leaders to implement programs that enhance productivity, morale, and retention. o Address challenges such as team dynamics, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution. o Build trust and credibility with employees by fostering open communication and responsiveness. 8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments to promote engagement strategies and talent development. 9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 10.
