The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations while maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. This position requires someone who understands the fast-paced transportation industry and can effectively manage office staff and support company operations. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Handle employee terminations and disciplinary procedures professionally Maintain workplace policies, procedures, and office discipline Support management with employee performance evaluations Resolve employee conflicts and HR-related issues Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Maintain employee records and HR documentation Develop strategies to improve employee retention and workplace culture Coordinate with management to support daily transportation operations Qualifications Previous HR management experience preferred Experience in trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of hiring, firing, and workplace compliance procedures Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for growth Supportive work environment Paid time off and additional benefits available
