Field Supervisor

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Open new and pre-existing client cases at Sweet Homes Healthcare
• Conduct supervisory visits with clients and regular client check ins
• Oversee operations that occur on and within AxisCare
• Follow through with disciplinary action per the discretion of office and assistant manager
• Keep up with employee and contractual worker timesheets as they are received
• Maintain regular contact with the Veterans Affairs (VA) hospital
• Maintain regular contact with Sweet Homes Healthcare employee and contractual workers
• Maintain a daily note of interactions accrued throughout the business day in the form of daily progress notes
• Properly keeping track of and calculating hours and units for payroll
• Field work as needed
• Oversee all operations that occur at Sweet Homes Healthcare LLC
• Fill in for clients as needed

$18.75 - $20.00 per hour
