Yes This role will serve as a strategic partner to the company, Executive team and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with Rely Services goals. You will oversee and manage human resources functions across the Rely Services and its entities and any future acquisitions within the USA or global locations.
Responsibilities:
Support management in handling strategic and operational matters: 1.
Employee Relations Employee Engagement and Retention :
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and collaboration among employees and management.
  • Implement initiatives to increase employee engagement and satisfaction, such as recognition programs and feedback systems foster a culture of growth & promote continues development of the employees Conflict Resolution
  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
  • Resolute complaints and grievances and implement solutions to maintain harmony in the workplace. 2. Employee Health & Benefit Program Administration
  • Administer health and wellness programs such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)
  • Monitor the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and adjust programs based on employee feedback and participation rates
  • Ensure employee health and benefit programs comply with the requirements of federal regulations such as Affordable Care Act, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Family and Medical Leave Act 3. Compliance & Regulatory policies management
  • Ensure that all employee relations practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Coordinate & direct internal & external audits to ensure compliance with policies, regulations & standards, while identifying areas of improvement in HR practices
  • Direct and evaluate the Organizational HR operations and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality controls objectives
  • Work towards creating consistency in all HR policies and ensure they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations 4. Performance Management
  • Establish organizational KPIs and manage employee performance management processes, including monthly and quarterly employee reviews and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), to drive continuous improvement and align with business objectives.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly documented performance reviews of organizational goals, KPIs, and individual KPIs.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate any deficiencies or shortcomings.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set clear performance goals for them and the employees.
  • Implement a structured feedback system to drive continuous improvement and support career development.
  • Foster and maintain positive employee relationships while cultivating a culture of engagement and satisfaction. 5. Payroll Administration
  • Enroll employees in the payroll system (Paychex, iSolved, or other systems) and manage their software access
  • Set up insurance, 401(k), and statutory federal and state tax information
  • Manage attendance records, including punch-ins and punch-outs, and monitor schedule adherence
  • Manage and monitor contractual employees' man hours, resolving any anomalies or discrepancies with Paychex and iSolved
  • Coordinate with employees on their specific insurance requirements
  • Generate biweekly payroll reports, focusing on PTO, sick leave, commissions, incentives, and tips, according to the designated cycle dates
  • Conduct a self-review and obtain stakeholder approval of the final payroll before processing 6.
Talent Acquisition Sourcing:
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
Hiring:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify & define hiring needs and conduct interviews.
  • Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with budget
  • Oversee HR, payroll, and recruitment operations, ensuring seamless processes while collaborating with the recruitment team to attract, hire, and retain top and right talent in the system.
On-boarding:
  • Design and implement on boarding programs to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization.
  • Ensure all on boarding documentation, such as employment contracts, tax forms, and policy acknowledgments, is completed accurately
Joining Formalities:
  • Oversee the completion of joining formalities such as background verification, drug checks, and employee ID creation.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and expectations.
Exit Interviews & Formalities:
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the off boarding process, including final settlements and asset return.

M&A Due Diligence & Compliance:
  • Manage HR due diligence for current and future mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel to acquisition locations within USA or global locations as needed to facilitate smooth transitions, conduct on-site evaluations, and support employee onboarding. 8. Other Responsibilities
  • Engage in the planning, execution and monitoring of ISO standards implementation within the organization
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing to ISO audits, documentation, and certification processes
  • Willing and capable of handling any adhoc tasks assigned by the management
  • Travelling to different locations Barrington Plaza Reality (DeKalb, IL), Sociale Dispensary (Park Ridge, IL), Rely Services (Schaumburg, IL) and any companies acquired in the future within the USA or global locations.
  • Willing to work extended hours and on weekends as needed to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate closely with unions and attorneys, ensuring effective coordination. 9. Digital Transformation & AI Integration
  • Digitize HR operations by implementing AI-powered solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience across all the entities.
