Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, providing guidance and support on workplace concerns.Investigations:
Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with Nestlé's policies and legal requirements.Policy Implementation:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.Training and Development:
Collaborate with the HR Senior Manager to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.Compliance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and Nestlé's internal compliance standards in all HR practices.Reporting:
Prepare and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and investigations. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.Preferred Skills:
Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
