Job Description

Leaders Staffing is seeking a high-performing Staffing Office Manager to lead and grow our Goshen, IN office. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, excels at team development, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both clients and employees. You will oversee daily operations, drive recruiting efforts, manage client relationships, and lead a team to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all daily, weekly, and monthly office operations Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing staffing team Drive proactive recruiting strategies to meet client demand Ensure accurate and timely onboarding, including I-9 and W-4 compliance Oversee staffing software and ensure accurate HR, payroll, and employee data Manage weekly payroll submissions (deadline-driven environment) Maintain strong client relationships and conduct regular satisfaction reviews Facilitate team meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadership Manage office budget, expenses, and operational efficiency Enforce company policies and maintain a positive workplace culture Identify and implement process improvements Ensure workplace safety standards are upheld Leadership & Team Oversight Interview, hire, and train office staff Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations Lead disciplinary actions and employee development as needed
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Preferred:
