Senior Job Description Plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance.

Vice President and General Counsel
REQUIREMENTS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible human resource management experience required.
Education:
Master's degree required. Concentration in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field is helpful.
Licenses/Certifications/Credentials:
SPHR required. Additional professional certifications desirable.
