Regional HR Director American Senior Communities - 3.0 Indianapolis, IN Job Details 16 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance Referral program Qualifications Employee onboarding Employment law HR legal compliance Employee retention Mid-level Bachelor's degree in business administration Bachelor's degree Human Resource Management Employee relations management Bachelor's degree in education Business Administration Human Resources Employee engagement Training Onboarding process management Business Process management 2 years Full Job Description American Senior Communities is now hiring a Regional Human Resources Director This position will support the Home Health Division and Senior Living Must live within driving distance to the Home Office in Indianapolis The Regional Human Resources Director works closely with the assigned area's regional leadership to provide oversight, support, and service delivery regarding all human resources functions, including general HR support, talent management, leadership onboarding & orientation, management training, employee engagement & retention, employee relations, compensation, safety, labor management, human resources related policies and guidelines as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field. Minimum two to three years' experience in employee relations and human resources process management. Must have experience working in healthcare HR services . Requires extensive traveling throughout North Central Indiana and must be able to travel between buildings and some overnight stays may be required.
