Staffing Branch Manager (Operations Leader) - Indianapolis, IN Exegistics Staffing Solutions is seeking a results-driven, operationally focused Staffing Branch Manager to lead and scale our Indianapolis, IN location. The Role This position requires an operations-first leader who can run a branch with discipline, structure, and accountability. You will be responsible for the overall success of the branch, including execution, team performance, client satisfaction, and financial results. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Direct and manage all aspects of branch operations including recruiting, client delivery, HR, customer service, and team execution Establish structure, consistency, and daily operating rhythms that drive performance KPI Ownership and Accountability Implement and manage established KPIs across all functional areas of the branch Drive performance across key metrics including: Fill ratio and time-to-fill Submittal-to-placement ratios Client activity and retention Sales pipeline visibility and conversion tracking Gross margin and profitability Lead weekly performance reviews and enforce accountability through scorecards and data tracking Identify gaps quickly and implement corrective action to ensure targets are met or exceeded Business Development Partnership Partner closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to support growth initiatives Identify opportunities within existing accounts and the local market and funnel qualified leads to the BDM Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions to strengthen relationships and drive account expansion Financial Management Own branch P&L and drive profitability Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial targets Manage payroll operations for both internal staff and temporary workforce Team Leadership and Culture Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement Coach employees to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals Address employee and client issues with urgency and professionalism Qualifications Proven experience managing a staffing branch or high-volume operations team Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs, revenue goals, and performance targets Strong understanding of metrics-driven leadership and operational processes Experience with VMS/MSP environments is a plus Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Highly organized, disciplined, and results-focused Why Exegistics Rapidly growing company Leadership visibility and the ability to directly impact business success Performance-driven culture that rewards results and initiative Competitive compensation and incentive structure Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off
