Be the face of Randstad on-site with our client•build relationships with hiring managers, understand daily workforce needs, and deliver results. Recruit, onboard, and manage talent in a high-volume, light industrial environment. Execute a customized recruiting strategy aligned to the client s hiring goals and production schedules. Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to stay ahead of volume hiring needs. Collaborate with client leadership to identify workforce trends, resolve issues, and optimize staffing performance. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures. Adapt quickly to changing schedules, production demands, and priorities•this is not a 9-5 desk job.
