This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee comprehensive human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing innovative HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement. Duties Lead the development and implementation of human capital management strategies that support organizational growth and workforce optimization. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, and onboarding to attract top talent. Manage employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, training & development initiatives, and succession planning to foster continuous growth. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and payroll systems using platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, affirmative action planning, and other legal requirements. Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Utilize project management skills to lead organizational design efforts, change management initiatives, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection and analysis. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA compliance standards. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques and ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo. Demonstrated ability in employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, training & development programs, and succession planning. Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle
HCM, SAP
SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft; experience with Workday or Dayforce is highly desirable. Strong communication skills coupled with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations. Knowledge of benefits administration processes including workers' compensation claims and payroll systems like Paychex or ADP. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and data collection activities. Organizational design expertise along with strategic planning capabilities to support workforce management initiatives.
