This is a hands-on role supporting both employees and leadership across a collaborative and service-oriented environment. The organization offers strong long-term stability, a positive culture, and the opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR contact for all employee relations, compliance, and HR operations matters Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across corporate and field-based positions Process payroll and oversee HRIS/payroll administration Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, training, and organizational development initiatives Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation Support benefits administration and employee communication related to health and retirement programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices Qualifications 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a hands-on environment Experience managing multiple areas of HR including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and training Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization Bachelor's degree required;SHRM certification preferred MH456
