This role blends traditional labor relations expertise with organizational development and change‑management responsibilities. The specialist supports union-management relations, ensures compliance with labor laws, and plays a key role in integrating cultures, processes, and ways of working during organizational transitions such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring. Administer and interpret collective bargaining agreementsSupport contract negotiations, including preparing proposals and analyzing union demandsAdvise managers on labor law, contract compliance, and disciplinary actionsInvestigate employee grievances and recommend resolutionsRepresent the organization in grievance meetings, mediations, and arbitrationsIdentify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance employee experience and operational effectivenessCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize policies, workflows, and decision‑making frameworksDevelop and deliver training for managers on labor relations practicesMaintain documentation related to grievances, investigations, and negotiationsBuild collaborative relationships with union representatives and internal stakeholders

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field5+ years of HR experienceUnderstanding of labor laws (NLRA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)Experience working with unions or in a unionized environmentExperience with process-mapping or continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in HRIS and HR analytics toolsPreferred Qualifications:
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesNegotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skillsComfortable with ambiguity and guiding others through change Strong documentation and case-management abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans •Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
