Salary:
$90,000-$110,000/year + performance bonus opportunity (3%-10%)

Comprehensive benefits package Position Overview This role will oversee all core human resources operations for the facility, supporting both employees and leadership through strategic HR partnership, compliance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies Manage payroll coordination, employee benefits programs, HRIS administration, and leave management processes including FMLA and ADA Collaborate with leadership teams to support workforce planning and long-term talent strategies Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for salaried, leadership, and professional-level positions Handle employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and separations professionally and confidentially Train and advise managers on HR best practices, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance Review compensation structures and benefits offerings to support market competitiveness Participate in acquisition and integration efforts, including HR-related communications and process alignment Support programs focused on employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture Track HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline required Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
required 7+ years of progressive human resources experience in a professional environment Strong background in employment law compliance, HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration Experience supporting multi-state HR practices preferred Ability to manage confidential employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Comfortable partnering with employees and leadership teams across all levels of the organization Interested?
