Job Description
HR Director -
Main Responsibilities Oversee Claims & Risk Programs:
Manage unemployment and workers' compensation processes, including claims tracking, reporting, compliance (OSHA), and return-to-work coordination.Drive Employee Engagement:
Monitor engagement survey results, partner with HR Managers on follow-up actions, and escalate concerns as needed.Provide Employee Relations Guidance:
Advise leaders on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation to support a positive and compliant workplace.Support Performance Management:
Guide supervisors on evaluations, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes, including review and approval coordination.Employee Benefits Expertise:
Leverage extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and strategies to support organizational goals and employee needs.Ensure Compliance & Lead HR Initiatives:
Maintain compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements while supporting training, compensation, and other key HR projects.Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or universityRequired Experience:
5 years' professional human resources experience; 2 years' experience in healthcarePreferred Experience:
