You'll provide day-to-day leadership of HR operations while partnering with managers to solve challenges, develop talent, and build strong, high-performing teams. You'll help shape the employee experience by balancing business needs with a people-first approach, ensuring that our culture, values, and mission remain at the center of everything we do. From guiding leaders through complex employee matters to supporting organizational change and workforce strategies, you'll be a key contributor to the success of our teams and the communities we serve. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing positive change, solving complex problems, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of employees and patients alike. What You'll Do Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders across assigned departments. Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture that supports employee growth, retention, and well-being. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, policy interpretation, and employment law compliance. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Health, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver exceptional support. Analyze workforce trends and data to identify opportunities and develop proactive solutions. Support change management initiatives and organizational design efforts that help teams adapt and succeed. Promote diversity, inclusion, belonging, and community engagement throughout the employee lifecycle. Champion HR programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource management or Generalist position 5 years of Supervisory experience
Preferred:
2 years of recent hospital Human Resources experience with close interaction with Finance and Information Services departments
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proven experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Current knowledge of state, federal employment and labor laws. Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze information and apply critical thinking in order to make decisions and resolve problems. Ability to interpret policy and work with management and staff to properly interpret and enforce policies. Integrates the mission and vision of the organization. Identifies and defines problems, implements creative solutions and evaluates results. Ability to handle multiple demands and conflicting priorities. Ability to provide "real time" problem solving.
