This is a high-impact direct hire opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who can balance strategic business partnership with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable coaching leaders on organizational strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to support employee relations, workforce planning, and operational HR initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence culture, drive talent development, and partner closely with both local leadership and global stakeholders to align people strategies with long-term business goals. The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in building a high-performing workforce while fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Partner with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives Implement regional and global HR strategies within the local operation Advise leaders on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee and organizational matters Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead recruiting strategies to support staffing goals and operational growth Partner with leadership on succession planning and employee development initiatives Build and retain a strong, engaged workforce through proactive talent management Support workforce readiness and internal career development opportunities Compensation, Benefits & HR Metrics Administer compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company policies and labor requirements Monitor HR KPIs including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and overtime trends Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining employee engagement and productivity Support budget planning and workforce forecasting initiatives Employee Development & Engagement Lead performance management and talent development processes Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture Partner with community and workforce development organizations to strengthen talent pipelines Promote employee engagement and continuous learning initiatives HR Operations & Compliance Oversee payroll coordination, timekeeping, and HR administration functions Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Analytics & Continuous Improvement Analyze HR data and trends to support decision-making and process improvements Deliver accurate reporting and workforce analytics to leadership teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to HR programs and processes Participate in regional and global HR projects as needed Stakeholder & External Relations Build strong relationships with internal leadership teams and external agencies Support expatriate and international workforce processes when applicable Represent HR in cross-functional initiatives and collaborative business projects Job RequirementsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Proven success operating as both a strategic HR partner and hands-on leader Strong experience supporting leadership teams and executive-level stakeholders Knowledge of employment law, labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational development Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or LMS systems preferred Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and reporting tools Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and sound decision-making ability Preferred Experience Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations Exposure to union or labor relations environments Background in HR process improvement and change management initiatives Experience leading employee engagement and culture-building programs Demonstrated success developing high-performing HR teams Titles Encouraged to
