Human Resources Manager

MMWEC is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the administrative functions of its Human Resources Department, including recruiting, policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Administer Human Resource Functions:

Manage human resource activities, including the complete employee lifecycle, benefit and appraisal programs, and the bargaining unit agreement.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies, personal information and data breach laws; maintain records in accordance with established laws and procedures.

Staffing and Recruiting:

Manage and direct the process to evaluate and acquire staffing resources needed to meet the needs of the organization. You're a Great Fit if

You Have:

Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5-10 years of job-related experience. Knowledge of labor laws, requirements and best practices. Leadership and project management experience. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop robust working relationships at all levels of the organization. The ability to maintain confidentiality.
