Position Overview/Key Responsibilities:
This role requires strong leadership, self-motivation and team collaboration skills as well as HR experience and a strong technology background. This is a full-time in-office position .
  • Evaluating new programs and rolling them out efficiently utilizing a project plan
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
  • Updating the company website - collecting Google reviews and working with our social media team
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
  • Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Collaborate with franchise leadership to meet or exceed business goals
  • Providing HR support to employees including retention strategies, recognition programs, and other duties to be determined
  • Maintain all company documentation to match compliance standards
  • Understanding company goals and metrics and participating in collection of these numbers .
Build relationships across the organization—office team, Care Professionals, clients, and families
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Tech proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability.
