This role requires strong leadership, self-motivation and team collaboration skills as well as HR experience and a strong technology background. This is a full-time in-office position .- Evaluating new programs and rolling them out efficiently utilizing a project plan
- Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes and making recommendations
- Updating the company website - collecting Google reviews and working with our social media team
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
- Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
- Collaborate with franchise leadership to meet or exceed business goals
- Providing HR support to employees including retention strategies, recognition programs, and other duties to be determined
- Maintain all company documentation to match compliance standards
- Understanding company goals and metrics and participating in collection of these numbers .
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Tech proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurability.Why Join Us:
