Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your expertise will shape our HR strategies to support business growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure adherence to employment laws. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about developing people and optimizing human capital management practices. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating effective resolution strategies. Lead performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback sessions to promote continuous improvement. Supervise HR team members and collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design and change management initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements like
FMLA, OSHA
standards, and contract negotiations while maintaining accurate HR documentation. Drive training & development programs aimed at enhancing skills across the organization while supporting HR sourcing and onboarding efforts. Utilize data analysis skills to generate reports on HR metrics for strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in supervising teams and managing complex programs. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies including ATS systems like Taleo or UltiPro for effective recruiting. Strong negotiation skills for contracts and conflict resolution coupled with excellent communication skills for presenting to senior leadership. Experience in organizational design, change management, succession planning, and performance management processes. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform strategic decisions related to human capital management. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster employee relations and manage sensitive situations professionally. Knowledge of payroll systems like Kronos or Paychex combined with budgeting experience for program management purposes. Join us as we build a vibrant workplace where talent thrives! Pay:
$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
