POSITION DUTIES
The HR Operations & Execution Partner serves\r\nas a senior-level operational leader within the�Office of Human Resources. Reporting directly to\r\nthe Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO),�this position provides high-level\r\ncross-functional execution support to ensure operational�continuity, rapid implementation of executive\r\npriorities, and coordinated delivery of HR�initiatives across units.\r\n�\r\nThis role functions as a CHRO-designated\r\noperational resource and may be deployed to support�any HR unit or enterprise initiative requiring\r\nfocused execution, stabilization, or continuity.�While the position does not exercise supervisory\r\nauthority over HR units, it is accountable for�ensuring implementation alignment, tracking\r\nprogress, and resolving operational barriers in�support of executive direction.\r\n�\r\n
Key Responsibilities:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Develops and validates HR operational data to support executive\r\n decision-making.\r\n Tracks initiative milestones, service delivery metrics, and performance\r\n indicators.\r\n Synthesizes operational trends and identifies areas requiring corrective\r\n action.\r\n Prepares executive-level briefings, reports, and status updates for the\r\n CHRO.\r\n Leads cross-functional execution of CHRO-directed initiatives across HR\r\n units.\r\n Develops implementation plans and coordinates operational delivery\r\n across Talent Acquisition, Background Investigations, HR Operations, and\r\n related units.\r\n Ensures timely follow-through on executive priorities and urgent\r\n directives.\r\n Serves as a designated operational resource deployed to stabilize or\r\n advance critical HR functions.\r\n Identifies execution risks and resolves or escalates barriers to\r\n maintain service continuity.\r\n Assists in the implementation of new HR processes and workflow\r\n enhancements.\r\n Evaluates operational inefficiencies and recommends corrective\r\n improvements.\r\n Supports standardization of practices across HR units when assigned.\r\n Contributes to development of operational controls that strengthen\r\n service delivery reliability.\r\n\r\n\r\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
\r\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college\r\nor university.\r\n�\r\n
Experience:
\r\nEight (8) years of progressively responsible\r\nprofessional HR experience (in Public Sector, Unionized, or 24/7 operational environment.)\r\nThree (3) years must have included supervisory or managerial\r\nresponsibility over HR staff in operational or service delivery functions within\r\na large, complex organization.\r\n\r\n\r\nA current resume and cover letter must be uploaded/ submitted with this application.\r\n
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\r\n\r\n Experience auditing HR transactions for efficiency and\r\n accuracy. \r\n Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring the\r\n application of SOP's. \r\n\r\n\r\n
