About the Role To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, a financial firm, is seeking an Interim Director of HR operations to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
Oversee core HR operations and support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and separations Manage compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and incentive structures, and advise leadership on compensation decisions Maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system optimization Build and analyze HR reports to support business decisions Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and 401(k) compliance Oversee payroll processes with full accountability for accuracy and audit readiness Handle employee relations matters and maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations Supervise a small HR team while remaining hands-on across HR operations
About You:
Bachelor's degree required 10+ years of progressive HR experience Strong experience with HRIS and ATS platforms Deep knowledge of compensation benchmarking and data-driven decision making Advanced analytical skills with experience building reports and models Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience managing sensitive employee issues with sound judgment and discretion Background in financial services, asset management, or regulated environments is a plu s
About The Position:
Start Date:
ASAP! $75-87/hr
Perm Salary Range:
$180K-$250K, if converted
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
