Our growing in-home care company is seeking a highly motivated, engaging, and detail-oriented Human Resources Supervisor to onboard and retain exceptional caregivers who make a difference in the lives of seniors and adults needing care at home. What You'll Do Onboard and train compassionate caregivers Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, referral sources, and community partners Create a positive candidate experience through onboarding, employment duration, and Caregiver Appreciation Events Manage hiring workflows, employee files, compliance documentation, and HR records with exceptional attention to detail Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and recognition programs Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and workforce solutions Represent the company as needed to support at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities Leverage professional relationships and networking skills to develop a strong caregiver pipeline Assist with Health Benefits and 401K Process Unemployment/ Worker's Comp Claims What We're Looking For Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, energetic attitude Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented mindset Experience in human resources, healthcare staffing, or customer service preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Computer Skills Why Join Us?
