Job Description

We are seeking a driven, high-energy On-Site Staffing Manager to oversee a growing manufacturing account while serving as a strategic workforce partner to our customer's operation. This role is responsible for managing all on-site staffing functions, including recruiting, onboarding, workforce management, attendance tracking, reporting, payroll support, associate relations, and client communication. The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in the customer's operation, build strong relationships with leadership teams, and proactively identify opportunities to improve workforce performance and expand services. This is a unique opportunity to join an operation in growth mode. The customer currently operates on a continuous manufacturing schedule and will continue expanding staffing needs across multiple shifts, including weekends. We are seeking a leader who is flexible, adaptable, and excited to grow alongside the business.
Current Schedule:
The initial schedule for this position will generally be Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00/7:00 AM to 4:00/5:00 PM. As the operation grows and additional shifts are launched, including weekend coverage, this role will require flexibility to support business needs and maintain strong customer and associate engagement across all shifts. Key Responsibilities Manage daily on-site staffing operations for a large manufacturing account Execute high-volume recruiting activities and maintain strong fill ratios Oversee onboarding, orientations, attendance management, and associate engagement initiatives Partner directly with customer leadership to support operational goals and workforce planning Manage temporary staffing requisitions and workforce performance metrics Maintain accurate reporting, payroll support, compliance records, ATS/CRM documentation, and workforce analytics Build talent pipelines and recruiting strategies to support future growth and shift expansion Conduct regular floor walks and maintain a visible presence within the operation Lead with urgency, accountability, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset Qualifications 2-3 years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or account management experience preferred Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or industrial operations preferred Bilingual (Spanish and/or Creole) strongly preferred Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business demands Reliable transportation required Some college preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and staffing/recruiting systems Additional Notes The customer operates a 24/7 manufacturing environment utilizing a rotating schedule of three days on/four days off followed by four days on/three days off. While this position will initially support first shift operations, future growth may require occasional support across second shift, third shift, and weekend operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands that staffing is more than recruiting. The successful candidate will become an extension of the customer's leadership team, helping drive workforce stability, retention, operational success, and future growth. #
