The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing core HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring HR practices align with business goals, labor laws, and company culture. Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance issues, and workforce planning Manage recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs in alignment with company policy and legal requirements Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Manage training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports and metrics for leadership Supervise and mentor HR team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental 401(k) plus matching Paid Time Off Personal Days Sick Leave 11 Federal Holidays Paid days off for Birthday and Work Anniversary Life Insurance Salary Description $75,000 - $90,000 per year
