Job Description

Job DescriptionProvide operations management and supervisory staff with support and guidance on employee relation concerns through investigation, and assisting with mediation efforts as appropriate to create positive work environmentEmployee relations contact for day to day Responsible for conflict resolution efforts.

Assist as an intermediary between Regional HR Director and operations teamEnsure Federal & State Wage and Hour ComplianceFunction as the "hands on" HR Manager Assist in resolution of employee issues to resolve issues Ensure operations are in compliance with OSHA StandardsProvide assistance with start-ups and facilitate New Hire OrientationEnsure Enterprise system has accurate employee data for yourEnsure compliance of training standards are metEnsure Compliance goals and standards are met Federal /
State Wage and Hour Audits:
provide requested information Recruit and post job openings for CenterConduct routine salary surveys for your operations based on local wage ratesEnsure HR training for supervisors are conducted Assist supervisors with corrective action/performance improvement plan reviewsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business management, human resources, psychology or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral; must communicate professionally and positively with employees and all levels of managementRequired knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulatory complianceA fundamental understanding of computer processing including word processing and spreadsheet applications At least five years related experience and/orProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
