About the
Role:
We are looking for a people-first professional to serve as the heart of our organization. Someone comfortable supporting daily office operations as well as nurturing a positive workplace culture. This dual-role position demands exceptional interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
Some examples of your responsibilities:
Human Resources:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding
  • Greet and assist customers and visitors with professionalism
  • Administer benefits, PTO and leave programs
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee concerns
Administration:
  • Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
  • Maintain personnel files with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policy

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
