Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR recruiting, payroll and benefit administration functions for our company. You will foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and organizational development. You will ensure our HR practices align with organizational goals, core values and employment laws. Essential Responsibilities ❑ Works with supervisors updating job descriptions as needed. ❑ Provides support and coaching to supervisors to investigate employee complaints, performance coaching, and progressive discipline documentation. ❑ Promotes company vision, mission, and safety as part of company culture. ❑ Participates on safety committee reviewing open action registers and providing input to reduce risk of safety incidents. ❑ Maintains and creates confidential employee records for payroll and benefits and processes weekly and special payrolls as needed. ❑ Maintains production employee wage progression per wage scale by position. ❑ Administers all fringe benefit programs such as 401(k) Plan, Health Insurance, Section 125 Plan, Life, Disability, Paid time off, and Worker's Compensation programs. ❑ Recommends benefit changes or additions based on market comparisons to maintain local employer competitiveness. ❑ Coordinates activities of outside consultants and advisors, such as third-party administrators, agents, and auditors. ❑ Maintains required documentation for government mandates such as
COBRA, ACA, FMLA, I9.
❑ Monitors and reports quarterly local employer wages and benefits for market comparisons. ❑ Maintains a working knowledge of benefit laws relating to Federal and State programs to recommend changes necessary to ensure company compliance with current regulations. ❑ Performs other duties as assigned by the President and CEO.
Pay:
$68,041.39 - $81,942.31 per year
