ABOUT THE
ROLEThe Business Intelligence Manager leads the strategy, development, and delivery of data insights that drive informed business decisions across the organization, with a primary focus on Human Resources and People Analytics. This role transforms workforce and operational data into actionable insights that influence enterprise strategy, performance, and planning-not just people-related decisions. The position serves as a bridge between HR, IT, Finance, and business leadership, ensuring data is trusted, scalable, and aligned with broader business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the enterprise people analytics and HR BI strategy, aligned with overall business and analytics objectivesManage and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and people analytics professionalsPartner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Operations, and IT to translate business questions into data solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics products using Power BIDeliver insights that support workforce strategy, financial planning, operational efficiency, and business performanceOversee SuccessFactors reporting (Workforce Analytics, Stories, Ad Hoc Reports, Integration Center) and ensure data consistencyBuild and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve HR and cross-functional business processesDevelop and govern enterprise KPIs spanning people, productivity, cost, and performanceOwn HR data models, semantic layers, and definitions used across the businessEnsure data quality, governance, security, and compliance for sensitive employee and business dataDrive adoption of self-service analytics and data literacy across HR and business teamsPresent insights, trends, and recommendations to executive leadershipJOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, HR, or related field5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles2+ years of experience leading analytics or BI teamsAdvanced expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance tuning)Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors data and reportingExperience designing and delivering People Analytics solutionsHands-on experience with Power Apps and workflow automationStrong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehousesAbility to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating HR, Finance, and Operational dataKnowledge of Azure data services or modern cloud data platformsUnderstanding of workforce planning, productivity analysis, and organizational designExperience with data privacy regulations (GDPR, employee data compliance)Background in enterprise analytics transformation initiatives Key Metrics & Insights DeliveredWorkforce and headcount analyticsAttrition, retention, and engagement trendsDiversity, equity, and inclusion metricsProductivity and workforce cost analysisTalent acquisition and learning effectivenessEnterprise KPIs linking people data to business performancePhysical and Mental Requirements:
