Conduct regular field sales activity throughout the assigned territory, including Southern Detroit, Downriver Michigan communities, and the Toledo, Ohio market. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR leaders, operations managers, plant managers, warehouse managers, procurement contacts, and executive stakeholders. Partner with branch, recruiting, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are properly communicated and service delivery is aligned. Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect information, and client documentation in accordance with company guidelines. Represent Minutemen Staffing professionally in the market with a focus on long-term, mutually beneficial client relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects, priorities, and deadlines. Comfortable selling in a competitive, service-driven environment. Ability to understand client labor needs, operational challenges, wage pressure, attendance concerns, and local market conditions.
