KPS Global is privately held and part of the Viessmann Generations Group, with more than 850 employees nationwide. SRC Refrigeration® is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team! We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will be responsible for administering and managing all Human Resources activities including Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and other daily activities of the Human Resources The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a strategy.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
