The Human Resources Director provides leadership and direction for all human resources functions across the organization, ensuring policies, programs, and practices align with agency goals and support both employees and the communities we serve. This role helps create a strong, compliant, and people-focused workplace where staff can thrive and contribute to meaningful outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead HR Operations:
Oversee HR functions, including policies, systems, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Manage & Develop Staff:
Supervise and support HR team members through recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ongoing development.
Ensure Compliance & Administration:
Maintain compliance with employment laws while administering compensation, benefits, and personnel policies. Partner with
Leadership:
Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on personnel matters and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Oversee HR Systems & Records:
Ensure HR systems, personnel records, and reporting processes are accurate, secure, and up to date.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in management, administration, or supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
Additional experience in human resources leadership, supervision, and organizational administration
