Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our staffing agency operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily branch activities, driving business growth, managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition and human resources processes. This position offers opportunities for bonus incentives based on performance, fostering motivation and success. Branch Operations Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability Manage branch performance metrics including sales growth, fill ratios, retention, safety, and profitability Ensure branch compliance with company policies, state and federal labor regulations, and safety standards Maintain accurate reporting, payroll processing, onboarding documentation, and employee records Monitor and improve operational workflows to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction Business Development & Sales Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients throughout the Jefferson City and surrounding market Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, networking, and business development activities Identify opportunities to expand staffing services within manufacturing, construction, warehouse, logistics, hospitality, and general labor industries Prepare pricing proposals, negotiate service agreements, and support contract implementation Meet or exceed branch revenue and growth objectives Recruiting & Workforce Management Lead recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and placement of qualified candidates Build and maintain a strong pipeline of dependable workers Coordinate employee dispatch, scheduling, attendance tracking, and job assignments Resolve employee relations concerns professionally and efficiently Promote employee engagement, retention, and workplace safety initiatives Leadership & Team Development Train, mentor, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and accountability Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on customer service and results Provide coaching and performance feedback to recruiters and administrative staff Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and strong communication Qualifications - Previous staffing industry, recruiting, sales, or branch management experience preferred Strong leadership and team management abilities Proven business development and customer relationship skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Manage branch performance metrics including sales growth, fill ratios, retention, safety, and profitability Ensure branch compliance with company policies, state and federal labor regulations, and safety standards Maintain accurate reporting, payroll processing, onboarding documentation, and employee records Monitor and improve operational workflows to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction If you are an energetic leader passionate about staffing solutions with a commitment to excellence and growth opportunities through bonuses, we encourage you to apply today.
