Onsite Event Manager / Staffing Supervisor C1 Staffing Kansas City, MO Job Details Temporary | Part-time $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Hospitality Spanish Phone communication Shift management English Supervising experience Security Crew management Full Job Description C1 Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Onsite Event Manager / Staffing Supervisor to assist with operations in Kansas City, Missouri, from approximately May 25 through July 14. This position is ideal for someone with experience in live events, staffing, hospitality, sports events, crowd management, or team supervision.

Responsibilities:

Check in event staff daily Ensure workers arrive on time and are properly assigned Assist staff with parking, entry, and event access Monitor attendance and communicate no-shows or late arrivals Help oversee breaks and shift coverage Ensure employees are clocking in and out correctly Communicate directly with C1 Staffing management throughout the event Help maintain professionalism and organization onsite

Requirements:

Strong communication and leadership skills Must be dependable and punctual Ability to manage large groups of workers in a fast-paced environment Prior event, staffing, security, hospitality, or supervisor experience preferred Comfortable using phones/apps for communication and timekeeping Must be available for most or all event dates from May 25 - July 14 Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
