Pay:

$78,000$85,000 annually, based on education and experience.

You will co-supervise two regional HR Directors and a regional HR Manager, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Face of HR Across Missouri:

This is a high-visibility role requiring statewide presence. Youll travel to our various sites to meet service level agreements, ensuring our local teams feel supported and connected.

Qualifications Were Looking For:

Experience:

At least 8 years of HR management experience (or 5 years with

PHR/SHRM-CP

), with significant multi-site leadership.

Education:

Bachelors degree in HR or a related field (Masters preferred).

Superior critical thinking, a proactive service-oriented mindset, and the ability to use data to drive talent solutions.
