The Role:
Staffing Selling Branch Manager (Full-Time, Salaried) We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to run our Kansas City, MO branch. This role blends operations, recruiting, and sales, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves building teams and client relationships. You'll be the face of our company in the Missouri market, leading the charge on growth while keeping our service top-notch. Previous experience as a selling branch manager in the staffing industry is highly desired and will be considered a strong advantage. What You'll Do Lead the
Team:
Manage, coach, and inspire branch staff to deliver outstanding service and results.
Drive Sales:
Develop creative strategies to grow our client base and introduce our company to new partners.
Manage Accounts:
Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their staffing needs are met.
Recruit & Onboard:
Source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure smooth onboarding for temporary employees. Match Talent to
Need:
Qualify candidates and align them with client roles based on skills and fit.
Fulfill Orders:
Keep placements running smoothly and ensure timely delivery of staffing services.
Keep Records Clean:
Maintain accurate employee files and client documentation.
Promote Safety:
Conduct safety reviews, manage incident reports, and stay proactive on risk management. What You Bring 2+ years in management or sales, ideally in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal A collaborative, ethical, and team-first mindset. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Flexibility to work occasional weekends. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
Compensation & Perks Salary:
$55,000-$60,000 annually, paid weekly.
Monthly Stipend:
$600 to cover gas, phone, and health-related expenses, adding $7,200 annually to your base salary. While we do not currently offer a traditional health insurance plan, this stipend is designed to help offset those costs.
