Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment and labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. Duties Oversee all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee evaluation. Ensure compliance with
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and other employment laws. Manage employee relations issues and conflict management to maintain a harmonious workplace. Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with organizational objectives. Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting strategies and HR sourcing techniques. Design and facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organization design initiatives. Administer and oversee benefits programs Conduct data analysis for workforce planning, succession planning, and process improvement initiatives. Provide guidance on workers' compensation claims and manage related programs. Utilize various ATS platforms like Taleo or UltiPro for efficient hiring processes. Prepare presentations for senior management on HR metrics and program effectiveness. Experience Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent management and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment & labor law includingFMLA, OSHA
compliance, and workers' compensation regulations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as OracleHCM, SAP
SuccessFactors, Kronos, or Dayforce is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management and budgeting processes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; presentation skills are a plus. Experience in change management initiatives that drive organizational improvement.
