Joseph Branch Manager Needed:
Sales Leaders Only. LaborMAX Staffing is looking for a selling Branch Manager to lead and grow our St. Joseph, Missouri branch. This role is for someone who knows how to: Open doors and win new business Build a book of business from the ground up Lead and motivate a team Run daily branch operations Own revenue and performance numbers This is a hands-on leadership role — not a sit-behind-the-desk management job. You'll be responsible for: Outside B2B sales and business development Prospecting and cold calling Recruiting and dispatch operations Customer relationships and account growth Branch performance and profitability What Matters Most B2B outside sales experience Confidence prospecting and closing business Leadership and team development skills Operational discipline and accountability Staffing industry experience preferred Compensation $60,000-$70,000 base salary Bonus opportunities Benefits package included Location St. Joseph, Missouri If you like to compete, build business, and lead from the front — we want to hear from you.
